Woolrich Woolen Mills - Sr. Women’s Designer (June 2013 - July 2017) - Head Women’s Designer reporting to SVP of Design to develop seasonal product innovation, concept, color palette, print, and pattern assortment for all Women’s product categories - managed Assistant, Outerwear, Sweater, and CAD designers for all women’s product categories - worked closely with Merchandising to identify new product opportunities, brand positioning, key category growth - managed Women’s budget and calendar - worked with weavers at the Woolrich Woolen Mill to develop domestic wools for Made in USA apparel collection - traveled internationally for production, development, and market research - worked with Sales to organize sales meetings, style catalogues and merchandise trade show booths
